Claims for lost packages can be filed with APO Box after 45 days for Priority Mail and 60 days for Parcel Select. Claims for damaged items can be filed immediately upon damage being confirmed.
Please download and complete the attached form and submit to APOBox.com via help desk ticket, email or mail. Along with the completed claim form, you will be required to submit supporting documentation. You can find the necessary documents listed on the instruction page of the claim form download.
Depending on the type of claim, you may need to provide proof of damage, proof of loss, or partial loss of contents. For claims over $150, we require a notarized signature.
Please note that your claim must be filed within 90 days from the shipment date. If you do not meet this time requirement, your claim will be denied.
