What should I know about my APO/FPO address?

1. If your package cannot be delivered by the USPS, you will not be able to receive it.

2. Priority Mail is the best way to ship. If you ship a package to your APO/FPO address using surface class mail, it will likely be awhile before you see it. This is because Priority Mail is transported via air and surface class is not. Using surface class means that your package is on the slow boat, literally.

3. Some items just can't be shipped to an APO/FPO address. If you are planning on order a new stove for the kitchen, you aren't going to find anyone who will (or can) ship it to you. Please be sure that err on the side of caution and ask us if your item can ship before sending it to our facility. This saves you time and money!

4. AE, AP, and AA are the only legitimate state codes to use for APO/FPO addresses.
